What makes SeaDream Yacht Club special?
One thing is that it is family-owned. SeaDream Yacht Club is owned by a Norwegian businessman who has had interest in ships for decades.
Because it is family owned, you don’t get the corporate ‘cookie-cutter’ approach. Travelling with SeaDream is a unique experience.
SeaDream Yacht Club is also an exclusive cruising experience because there are only 112 maximum guests.
There are no queuing up for anything, and you feel like you’re on your own private yacht.
Where Does SeaDream Yacht Club Travel To?
SeaDream follows the sun. In May to October they are in the Mediterranean. From November to April the SeaDream sails the Caribbean.
Most sailings are 7 nights. Prices are in US dollars and starts at around $560 per day for a seven day voyage.
The earlier you book, the better the price.
Smart casual. You don’t have to dress formal. It’s a casual and relaxed environment.
Breakfast and lunch is usual outside as the weather is sunny and the waters are warm. 50% of dinners are also ondeck.
Food and Drink
SeaDream’s food is fabulous. Drinks are included, including a good variety of wines and cocktails.
The food varies a lot and is world-class. There are grills everyday for those that like plain food, and also complicated cuisines; French, Asian and Indian.
They also offer raw, vegetarian and vegan food as it is in more and more demand.
Food can also be ordered on demand.
